Sue & Diane –
a study in contrasts

Sue the world traveler.
Diane the artist.
Sue the marathon runner.
Diane the lover of fine wine and fine dining.
Sue the cabin on the lake.
Diane the downtown dweller.
Sue two hunting dogs.
Diane two zany cats.

You get the picture.
Guess it’s what makes it work.

We’ve worked together for over 15 years - different companies, different roles, but always financial services and always the same great collaborative working relationship. Built on mutual trust, respect and great Midwestern work ethic.

We also share an overarching desire to help consumers and small businesses achieve their financial goals. We are pleased that our work with financial institutions and companies that serve the industry allows us to have a positive impact.

Who We Are

Diane Merrifield, CFMP, Principal
I’ve held senior marketing and product leadership roles with Norwest (Wells Fargo), First Bank (US Bank) and Marquette Bancshares, and account management, sales, consulting and product positions with Deluxe, John Ryan and Harland Clarke.

Today's extraordinarily complex financial services environment demands a fresh and innovative, yet practical approach. Understanding the impacts of change and bring the pieces together–the needs, the people, the channels, the products and services
to deliver on a meaningful, integrated experience is what really makes it work for me.

Sue Schabert, CFMP, Principal
I held just about every banking position before I moved into a marketing role with Marquette Bancshares. That strong banking foundation, combined with my passion for serving the marketing needs of community banks and credit unions, led me to roles with Deluxe, Liberty and Harland Clarke-including client consulting, development and management of MCIF and business intelligence offerings and design and delivery of direct marketing programs and solutions.

I love a good puzzle–I have strong analytical skills that allow me to uncover opportunities and resolve problems. Delivering this information and direction gives me great satisfaction. At the end of the day, I know I have helped another client achieve success.
